Robert Arthur Talbot Gascoyne-Cecil, 3. Salisbury Markizi,

Britanyalı devlet adamıdrı. Toplam on üç yıl boyunca üç kez basbakan olarak görev yaptı. Kendisi dısisleri bakanı olarak hareket etti.
